ECI was established in 1991 by J. Ross Harris, Jr., P.E. The firm initially worked with clients in the area of wastewater management, and soon after in the fields of civil/site engineering and surveying. Since its founding, the firm has been growing steadily, with offices now in two states. Our current staff includes professional engineers, planners, environmental specialists and surveyors offering services for commercial, residential, industrial and municipal projects. |
