Ken Kullman Kenneth B. Kullman, Project Manager, has more than 37 years experience in Engineering, Planning and Construction. As a Project Manager and Senior Designer, Mr. Kullman is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects, both large and small. His responsibilities include Conceptual Layout, Street and Site Grading, Utility Layout and Design. Mr. Kullman is also our liaison to the Regulatory Agencies for Commercial Sites as well as Residential Subdivisions within Sussex and Kent Counties. Mr. Kullman has extensive experience in designing improvement to State and County Roads. These improvements include Multi-Modal Facilities, By-Pass Lanes and Dedicated Turn Lanes. Mr. Kullman coordinates Traffic Planning Studies and uses these studies as the basis for Engineering Design. Mr. Kullman has a thorough knowledge of Agency Design Criteria as well as Local Zoning and Land Use Codes, and is instrumental in obtaining Agency Approvals and in presentations to Planning Agencies. Mr. Kullman works very closely with Developers and Regulatory Agencies to provide Projects that are Environmentally acceptable He is also recognized as an Expert in the Utilization of Computers to affect both Drawing and Design
