Mike Cotten Michael Cotten, P.E., Vice President, is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience as an Engineer and additional experience in Construction with a strong background in Project Development, Design, Construction Inspection, Budget, and Schedule Control. Mr. Cotten is responsible for Site Engineering, Stormwater Management, Infrastructure Design, Septic Design, and Inspection Services. Mr. Cotten’s professional experience includes Site Development and Planning for Residential, Commercial, Institutional Subdivisions and Industrial Facilities. He has worked extensively with Local, State and Federal Regulatory Agencies, Project Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and other Project-Related Groups. He has provided Design Supervision and Responsible Charge Function for numerous Waterline and Sanitary Sewer, Stormwater and Road Improvement Projects in Delaware and Maryland. He is involved with the Design of Utility Services and Road Projects for both Residential and Industrial clients. Mr. Cotten has provided Onsite Wastewater, Water Treatment, Sanitary Sewer, Stormwater, Road, Grading and Site Design for many projects. He is recognized as an Expert in the Design and Management of Stormwater Runoff and Consulting. He is also an Adjunct Instructor at Delaware Technical Community College for the courses of Static and Strengths of Materials, Fluids and Hydraulics, and Contracts and Specifications. Qualifications
